HexBond® primers are designed for aluminum, titanium, and other metallic substrates commonly used in aerospace structures.

Typically, they are applied as a thin, uniform coat by brush or spray, then flash dried in an oven before adhesive lay-up.

They are optimized for use with HexBond® film adhesives, but specific primer grades (e.g., HP655P) are tailored for BMI adhesives like HexBond® HP655.
